This website is an archival and interactive project that centers and seeks to amplify the creative voices of youth from Valle Aguán, Honduras as legitimate political and historical forces. The museum specifically showcases storytelling from children, teenagers, and young adults from three campesino cooperatives: El Chile, Camarones, and Tranvio—three of the cooperatives most impacted by the extractivist violence enacted by growing palm oil monopoly in the region. Their storytelling artwork takes the form of digital and film photography, drawing, writings, and messaging that we hope permeates this archive.
